Omega IFS is a family-owned company founded in 1946 that specializes in the manufacture of cold forging machines. Since 1960, the company has strategically expanded its operations to include the production and sale of fasteners, which have since become the company’s core business.
Even today, the majority of the parts sold are manufactured with in-house designed and manufactured machines, ensuring immediate technical support and resolution.
The company’s single production site is located in Cesano Maderno, Brianza. The 8,000-square-meter covered area houses state-of-the-art double-shot and 5-station machines, capable of producing 500 million parts.

The Machinery
The key to Omega IFS’s success is our state-of-the-art machinery and highly skilled personnel. Since most of the presses are designed and manufactured in-house, Omega IFS is able to control the production process in every detail. The company’s capabilities are further bolstered by a wide range of secondary processing machinery, including rolling, pointing, and removal machines. New sorting machines, also made in-house, are capable of rejecting products with minimal defects through optical, mechanical, and electromagnetic methods, contributing to product improvement.
