Omega IFS has always been identified with Quality. It was among the first Italian companies to obtain ISO 9000 certification and it began its consolidation in the Automotive sector as early as 1995 by achieving QS 9000 certification. Over the years, this has evolved to the recent IATF 16949 certification.
Omega IFS has been recognized as a “Supplier of Excellence” by a prominent German client for two consecutive years.

Omega IFS controls the process from the arrival of the raw material to the packaging and shipment of the finished product.
Our in-house designed and manufactured optical, mechanical, and electromagnetic sorters allow us to discard products with minimal defects, ensuring we meet and exceed ever-higher quality standards.
We have continuously upgraded our metrology laboratory with a range of advanced measuring instruments, including automatic inspection machines connected to the customer via the web, enabling real-time production result monitoring.
